Facebook Messenger Ads

More than 1.82 billion people utilize mobile phone messaging apps worldwide. And of course, Facebook has turned it into another way to market your brand. They recently introduced Messenger ads, which allow businesses to create and send targeted ads through private chat. Contacting someone through a private message can be much more personal than a display ad. For example, you can send a special discount to your followers to show your appreciation.

Instagram’s IGTV

Instagram launched IGTV for long-form video. These full screen, vertical videos aren’t limited to the usual 60 seconds. Viewers are able to like, comment and even share the videos through Direct Message. Think of it as Instagram’s version of Youtube.

Twitter’s Camera Feature

Twitter is rolling out a new camera tool which enables users to capture Stories-like images, complete with overlays and searchable elements. The camera allows you to take a still image or a video loop up to two minutes in length. You can add a short description, hashtags and location tags.

LinkedIn Ad Targeting

LinkedIn recently revamped their ad targeting campaigns allowing businesses to better promote their brand through paid advertising. Not only does it have a fresh new look, but they also added new features like the ability to create lookalike audiences, new expanded interest targeting and audience templates for those who are new to LinkedIn advertising.
