A common question from business owners is "How often should I redesign my website?" Unfortunately this is a bit of a complicated question without an exact answer. Look at your analytics, specifically your bounce rate. Are those numbers looking high? If it's not crystal clear to users how to find the information that they are looking for then something needs to change. They won't spend time hunting around on your website, they will just move on to one of your competitors.
