If you like snapchat, you’ll love this. Snapchat introduces Snapchat memories: A super easy way to save your snapchat stories and re-watch them over and over again. How? Just open the Snapchat app and swipe up from the camera to open memories!

Once you are in your memories you can save or import snaps directly from your snapchat or from your camera roll. Type in keywords like “birthday” or “Miami” to quickly find the snap stories you created from your friend's birthday celebration or your last vacation.

The best part about it besides being able to see your memories? You can string old snaps with your new story to write a longer narrative! It’s like a never ending book, and you are the author.  Decorate your stories, add captions and emoji’s, and re-live every moment.

But wait, there’s more. Snapchat also created an easy way for you to send memories to your friends, or post them to your story later. If you post a snapchat 24 hours or older it will post with a frame around it, notifying other users that it is from the past. There is also a My Eyes Only feature that allows you to select which snaps can remain private…for those awkward moments.

Snapchat stated, "We’ll be rolling out Memories selectively over the next month or so — it’s a big change for our service so we want to make sure everything is running smoothly!"
